The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sangrampur P.S. Case No.77 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named 15 persons including the petitioner, Md. Safi Alam, alleged that accused persons armed with Lathi, Bhala and iron rod intercepted the tractor of the informant and all the accused persons abused and assaulted the informant. Coaccused, Md. Alam gave a bhala blow on the leg of the informant causing injury.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a counter version being Sangram PS. Case No.76/17 filed by Md. Ibrahim against the informant. The petitioner was brutally

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Munger in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.77 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
