JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of causing death of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no eye-witness to the occurrence and he is in custody since 4.9.2018.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that injuries were found on the person of deceased, who happened to be wife of the petitioner, as such, he does not deserve bail.

In view of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17775 of 2019(3) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of one year.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
