2. The present petition has been preferred for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4785 of 2024(6) dt.18-04-2026 2/3 grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance of writ in nature of mandamus commanding respondents to make corrections in the revenue records including Register-II and issue rent receipts accordingly pertaining to Jamabandi No. 38/4, Jamabandi No. 41/4, Jamabandi No. 110/6, and Jamabandi No. 91/7. Pursuant to the order passed Vide Memo No. 835 dated 21-10-2022 (Annexure 08) and Memo No. 836 Dated 21-10-2022 (Annexure 09), at the behest of order dated 29-10-2018 passed in CWJC No. 03 of 2018 (Annexure 07).

(ii) for further issuance of direction to take appropriate action against the erring official who have flouted the aforesaid orders. (iii) for further issuance of writ/order/direction as your Lordships may deem fit in present case as per circumstances of the case."

3. A supplementary counter affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 to 9 duly signed by the Circle Officer, Dobhi, Gaya Ji and learned State counsel has taken this

Patna High Court CWJC No.4785 of 2024(6) dt.18-04-2026 3/3 Court to paragraph no.5 which read as follows: "5. That in pursuance the aforesaid petition, the matter was enquired and thereafter all the errors have been removed from the Jamabandi running in the name of petitioners or their descendants."

4. From the aforesaid supplementary counter affidavit of the Circle Officer, Dobhi, Gaya Ji who holds the revenue records relating to the case of the petitioner, it seems that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

5. It goes without saying that if the petitioner still have any grievance, he has the liberty to knock the doors of this Court.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
