2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Vidyapatinagar P.S. Case No. 173 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is said to be armed with a pistol along with other co-accused and they have fired at the victim. The victim has sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, therefore, he deserves anticipatory bail.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27414 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner was armed with a pistol and all the accused persons are said to have fired, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
