JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner assaulted the informant on his head by danda. The injury has been found on the parietal region for which the opinion has been reserved. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that final injury report with regard to the injury of the informant is not on record and there is counter version of the occurrence also.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No. 185 of 2015, pending in the Court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31566 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
