JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2022 In compliance of the earlier orders of this Court, the learned District Magistrate, Nalanda is present and has filed an inquiry report wherein it has been stated that the structure in question i.e. iron grill put over nala in question by the petitioner is the only means of ingress & egress to the candle factory of the petitioner and the same, at the moment, is not causing any obstruction in flow of water through the said nala, hence, the administration has got no problem with the same. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case, the
