JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

On motorcycle of the informant being stolen, the First Information Report was registered against unknown. Subsequently on the C.C. T.V footage it transpired that on the direction of the petitioner two persons took away the motorcycle of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31541 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj. Accordingly the application is disposed off.
