The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rahui (Wena) P.S. Case No. 203 of 2017 dated 24.07.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b) a,26 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. For the aforesaid possession, he has been booked under the provisions of the Arms Act. For the offence of the petitioner in trying to flee away from the police, he is sought to be prosecuted under Section 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2017 and

In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Rahui (Wena) P.S.
