The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No.162 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 191(2), 190, 115(2) and 109 of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim causing injuries.

The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2026. Co-accused Ajeet Yadav is said to have fractured the hand of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
