The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 379 of 2013, corresponding to Tr. No. 2380 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner no. 1 is the husband and petitioner no. 2 is father-in-law of the complainant. Petitioner no. 1 is ready to keep his wife.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner no. 2 Jagat Singh @ Jagat Yadav is father-in-law, he above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35003 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 379 of 2013, corresponding to Tr. No. 2380 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. So far as the case of petitioner no. 1 Shyam Sundar Singh is concerned, he is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour, he is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the court below shall enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail, after issuing notice to the informant, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 379 of 2013, corresponding to Tr. No. 2380 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and the court below shall make efforts for reconciliation between the husband and the wife. If the dispute is resolved, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed and if the dispute does not resolve the court below shall pass order in accordance with law on the provisional bail of the petitioner.
