Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with Tangi causing injury at the neck of the deceased Indradev Yadav. Co-accused Karu Ram is alleged to have assaulted with Tangi at the head of the deceased. The Doctor has not found any injury at the neck rather injury was found at the head of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2017. Investigation is already complete now. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62946 of 2017 (6) dt.13-03-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Govindpur Police Station Case No.98 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
