The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 364(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is neither named nor his name has come in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Sipu Kumar.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
