Since the State Government has brought about the amendment and has authorized payment of 300 days of earned leave then the calculation of 300 days will be made in the light of order and direction passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12996 of 2015, which was the case of Dr. Surendra Prasad Thakur Vs. The State of Bihar and others, decided on 19.08.2017.

The settlement of the leave encashment must be done within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
