The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Constable, Bihar Police by virtue of Advertisement no. 01/ 2014 in which petitioner has qualified written examination but respondents not given chance to the petitioner for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11389 of 2015(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 Screening test and Physical test. Due to such reason the result of the petitioner could not publish in the list of Bihar Police (Constable) Result 2014, so the direction may be given to the respondents to give chance to the petitioner for Screening test and Physical test. Further the petitioner was selected on the aforesaid post mentioned in Advertisement no. 01/ 2014. "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the Central Selection Board of Constable Recruitment, Patna submits that the recommendations, in pursuance to Advertisement no. 01 of 2014, have already been made by the respondent- Board on 26.06.2015 and the selection process is over long back, hence, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

The aforesaid aspect of the matter has not been disputed by the petitioner, hence, I do not find any merit in the present writ petition stands, thus the same stands dismissed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) rinkee/- U
