2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 457 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was returning to his house, in the way, the petitioner along with other accused persons intercepted his way. Further, the accused persons, equipped with iron rod, lathi and danda, started assaulting the informant on his head. The informant also suffered injuries on his left hand and right leg.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22320 of 2024(6) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. The allegation against him is general and omnibus and he is under custody since 08.01.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent and period of incarceration which is about eight months, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. I, Barh, District- Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 457 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
