The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No. 75 of 2010 registered for offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she utilized a forged date of birth certificate for obtaining the employment as Anganbari Sevika.

Mr. Anshul, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Police has submitted charge sheet and that following the allegation which is yet to be adjudicated, the petitioner has been removed from her post. He further submits that the petitioner has

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the circumstances existing, let the petitioner Rina Kumari @ Rina Devi in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No. 75 of 2010 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
