The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 406, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in brief is that a huge money was alleged to have been grabbed in collusion with the petitioner and other accused.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19-09-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner is alleged to be cashier. There is no signature of the petitioner on the cheque in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21971 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 question. The other co-accused similarly situated have been granted bail vide Annexure-3 series to the application. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016.
