JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-12-2017 Heard learned for the petitioners; State and the B. N. Mandal University, Madhepura (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

From the pleadings on record, it appears that upon the death of the father of the petitioners in the year 2008, full family pension admissible for ten years is being paid, which shall continue till the year 2018 and thereafter, depending on the age of the petitioners and subject to them being unmarried, it may continue

Patna High Court CWJC No.8092 of 2016 dt.21-12-2017 2/2 further, though at a reduced rate, being converted into family pension. It has also been submitted that other admissible dues including leave encashment, gratuity, earned leave and G.I.C. have already been paid to the petitioners.

3. The further stand on behalf of the University is that the petitioner no.1 has also been granted compassionate appointment.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds that nothing remains in the present writ petition and accordingly, the same stands disposed off.
