2. Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University.

3. From the pleadings on record, it transpires that to the extent the University admits, payments have been made. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is some dispute with regard to the arrears of salary and Group Insurance as well as D.D.A., leading to consequential reduction in family pension. It was prayed that he may be permitted to move before the Vice Chancellor.

4. Learned counsel for the University does not oppose.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Vice Chancellor of the University with regard to his remaining grievances.

6. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the Vice Chancellor shall give opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorized representative and thereafter get the matter verified from the official records and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If it transpires that any further amount is required to be paid to the petitioner, in terms of the order which the Vice Chancellor passes, the same shall also be paid to her within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
