2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.12.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 23831 of 2014 regarding the mode of payment of Rs. 1,000/- per month to the OP No. 2 by the petitioner.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been regularly depositing the amount of Rs. 1,000/- in the learned Court below as directed by this Court in terms of order dated 19.12.2014. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a daily wage worker at Bilaspur (Chattisgarh) and seeks to be permitted to make the monthly payment into the Bank account

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35335 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 of the OP No.2.

4. For the reasons stated by the petitioner, para 5 of the order dated 19.12.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 23831 of 2014 is modified to include the words "or in the Bank account of the OP No. 2" after the words "the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs. 1,000/- per month regularly before the learned Court below".
