The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 304(B) and 143 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that her daughter was married to Arvind in the year 2019 and after marriage the accused persons including the petitioner used to torture her for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry of Rs. 2 lakhs, further on 16.11.2021, the informant came to know that her daughter died in her matrimonial home

No.21770 of 2022(2) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.2 is nandosi of the deceased, it is also submitted that husband of the deceased is in custody since 23.03.2022 and allegations of demand of dowry and torture are general and omnibus in nature Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 374 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
