2. As of today, from the materials on record, it transpires that all retrial admissible dues of the petitioner have been paid except merger of 50% D.A. to be payable by B. N. Mandal University, which learned counsel submitted it would be paid within two weeks from today.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that correct interest has not been paid on Group Insurance as well as Deferred Dearness Allowance (D.D.A.). From the pleadings on record, the Court does not find any such averments and moreover, the stand of the B.N. Mandal University is that such payments have been made in the year 2006 itself of D.D.A. and on 04.01.2017 L. N. Mithila University has also paid Group Insurance.

4. Be that as it may, if the petitioner is able to show that the interest he is entitled to in law has not been paid, he shall be free to approach the Registrar of the concerned University within four weeks from today. If the same is done, a reasoned order shall be passed within one month thereafter. If anything is found further payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within the next one month.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
