The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 720/2017, instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession.

It is mentioned in the impugned order that during investigation in para 44 of case diary co-accused Ajeet Kumar was apprehended with theft motorcycle. He disclosed the involvement of this petitioner in this case.

The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
