2. Heard learned counsel for the rest petitioners and the State.

3. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498 (A), 341, 323, 324, 406, 420, 354, 307 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the D.P. Act.
4. It is a case of harassment and torture for dowry.
5. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the thrust of allegation of harassment and torture is against husband of the victim and no overt act has been alleged against the petitioners who are in-laws of the victim. They are separate in mess and business.
6. Learned counsel for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners no. 1 and 3 to 8, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Danapur in Danapur P.S.
