Though initially the writ application was filed for setting aside the letter no. 113 dated 11.9.2015, passed by the Deputy Director, Fisheries, Bhagalpur, as contained in Annexure 14, as also the order dated 20.8.2014 passed by the District Cooperative Officer, Bhagalpur in Case No. 9 of 2013-14, as contained in

Patna High Court CWJC No.3619 of 2016 dt.23-11-2017 2/2 Annexure 8 but in view of the fact that subsequently, the Director, Fisheries passed orders dated 9.2.2016 and 22.2.2016, as contained in Annexure M to the counter affidavit, subsequent to the filing of the present writ application, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to raise the issue before the appropriate forum.
