2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of motorcycle. The petitioner is in jail since 02.09.2023.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ IV, Madhubani concerned court in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 121/2020.
