The answer lies therein. However, counsel for the petitioner wants a decision to be communicated to the petitioners on their status. With a heavy heart, the Court directs that the Principal Secretary, Education is saddled with the burden for making a communication on such claim of the petitioners keeping the law as it is. Let such a communication be made within a period of 10 weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order. Writ stands disposed of.
