2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

I.For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to file the application on the post of Headmaster (Pradhanadhyapak) as proposed for appointment of Headmaster against 5334 Posts in Utkramit Uchya Madhyamik Vidyalya became petitioner is in service of Lecturer in Private B.Ed. College since move than 5 years.

ii. For issuance of further writ in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5273 of 2022(3) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to allow and give chance to the petitioner having 5 years 7 months experience in a B.Ed. College apart from the all required qualification in the interest of justice.

And/Or pass such other order or orders as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the B.P.S.C. in which it is stated that that the written examination for appointment on the post of Head Master in Higher Secondary Schools under Advertisement No.02/2022 has already held on 31.05.2022 and the result has been published.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the result has already been published, the instant writ petition stands dismissed.
