The petitioner is in custody in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 199 of 2017, a case under Sections 188/147/148/149/323/324/341/342/337/427/307/353/452/379/153 A/504/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was identified in the mob of 50-60 people obstructing the informant and others in discharge of official duty at the time of procession of Durga Puja.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61636 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 P2/ where the case is pending in connection with Arwal Police Station Case No. 199 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
