JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 Taking in view the stand taken by the Staff Selection Commission, including the communication made to them in terms of Annexure-A dated 1-9-2009, the previous direction of the Court loses its meaning. However, learned counsel for the petitioners is correct that since they have been working for a long time of almost 17 years, a finality of status is required to be given by the respondent-authorities and uncertainty of their continuance as daily wager must be brought to an end.
