Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the present modification application has been filed stating that as a matter of fact name of petitioner no.2 is „Ranjan Rai @ Kankatta‟ but in the impugned order, his name has been mentioned as Rajan Rai @ Kankatta.

In such view of the matter, order dated 21.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52410 of 2017 is modified to the extent that name of the petitioner no.2 be read as "Ranjan Rai @ Kankatta Son of Gajendra Rai residents of Village - Mansurpur, P.S. - Sarai, District - Vaishali" instead of "Rajan Rai @ Kankatta Son of Gajendra Rai residents of Village -

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61074 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 Mansurpur, P.S. - Sarai, District - Vaishali". The aforesaid order be communicated to the court concerned immediately.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
