In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 120B, 419, 420, 153A, 323, 341 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that one Suresh Kashyap used to file cases against the present petitioner. Earlier, he had also filed a case, making allegation of illegal transfer of land of Sri Ram Janki Thakur Bari Nayaas Samit, Paliganj.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations made in the present case out and out are incorrect and the complainant Suresh Kashyap is in habit of lodging false

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Gupteshwar Singh, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. at Danapur, Patna, in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case no. 11 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
