There is no fresh ground for reconsidering the prayer for regular bail which was rejected by an order dated 10.08.2017 by this Court especially in view of the fact that there is no change in any circumstances as were prevailing at that moment of time. Hence, the bail petition is rejected.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from today, the petitioner be granted liberty to renew the prayer for bail.
Accordingly, it is directed that the trial court may expedite the trial and in case the trial is not concluded within a period of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2011 of 2018(5) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 six months, the petitioner would be free to approach this Court for renewal of his prayer for regular bail.
