Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2017.
The FIR of the robbery is against unknown. It is alleged that the robbed mobile was recovered from possession of the petitioner.
Submission is that the petitioner had purchased the same from the market. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63670 of 2017 (5) dt.07-03-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Salkhua Police Station Case No.158 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
