The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities, particularly, respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Ratani Faridpur for implementing/executing the order dated 8.08.2015, as contained in Annexure-3, whereby the Circle Amin was directed by respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Ratani Faridpur for erecting a boundary wall around eight decimals of land, appertaining to Khata No. 24 and 72, Plot Nos. 129 and 59, situated in Village Nebari, P.S. Shakurabad, District Jehanabad on 17.08.2015. Further prayer has

However, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only for disposal of the representation by the petitioner by respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Ratani Faridpur, as contained in Annexure-4.

In the circumstances, it is expected from respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Ratani Faridpur to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, as contained in Annexure-4 within a period of six weeks.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to direction stipulated in the order dated 08.08.2015, issued by respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Ratani Faridpur to the Circle Amin, as contained in Annexure-3. Accordingly, with the above observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
