JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Chandan PS Case No. 94 of 2017 registered under Section 302 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that the dead body of the informant's father was found, as he had gone to do some social service to Baba Nayak Seva Trust was killed while sleeping and suspicion is raised against the petitioner because he had taken a loan of two lakh rupees from the deceased and due to illicit relationship of the deceased with his mother.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits there is no material against the petitioner except raising suspicion and the motive alleged against him is not correct. The petitioner is in custody since 15.8.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Chandan Kumar @ Suman Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Banka in connection with Chandan PS Case No. 94 of 2017.
