JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 12-04-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she has not been selected as ANM for the simple reason that the certificate of experience which was furnished by her did not contain memo number and other details. The aforesaid information was provided to the petitioner through the backdoor which has been set out in the writ petition.

However, it has been submitted that now the concerned office of the Chief Medical Officer has issued a corrigendum and a fresh certificate of experience has been provided. The new certificate indicates that in the earlier certificate which was issued, the memo number was inadvertently left to be indicated. The petitioner has been working as ANM since 2007 regularly.

3. Under the aforesaid circumstances and the background facts, it is only but necessary that the Secretary, Bihar State Selection Commission, Patna (respondent No. 7) ought to consider the representation of the petitioner which has already been filed.

4. In order to facilitate the process of taking into account all these aspects, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Secretary, Bihar Staf Selection Commission, Patna (respondent No. 7) within a period of two weeks from today, annexing a copy of the newly issued certificate of experience along with the corrigendum indicating that the earlier certificate without memo number was issued because of mistake and a copy of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5823 of 2019 dt.12-04-2019 3/3 this order, who, on receipt of the same, shall consider the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within a further period of four weeks but definitely before the final list of the successful candidates is published.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
