2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I. For direction upon the Respondent authorities to consider the case of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4634 of 2025(6) dt.07-07-2026 2/3 petitioners for appointment to the post of Amin pursuant to the Advertisement published in the year 2019 and the last date of submission of online application was 22.01.2020.

II. Any other order or orders as your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be granted to the petitioner."

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction, but there is no representation attached in the writ petition.

4. In this background considering that there is no representation attached in the writ petition, this Court is not inclined to pass any order on merit.

5. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioners to file a fresh representation along with the copies of relevant documents and judgments before the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna (Respondent no. 2) within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the same, the Respondent no. 2 shall take decision on the petitioners' representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within 90 days

Patna High Court CWJC No.4634 of 2025(6) dt.07-07-2026 3/3 thereafter. It is needless to say that if the petitioners found entitled for the relief, then specific order shall be passed.

6. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
