ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The present application for modification has been filed seeking extension of time granted to the petitioner for surrender in the court below by further period of three weeks since the time fixed in the order dated 27.04.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.6987 of 2015 had lapsed because the petitioner had not received information of the aforementioned order within time. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds made out in the modification application, the time fixed for surrender in the said order dated 27.04.2015 is extended by three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31409 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 The order dated 27.04.2015 shall stand modified to the above extent.

It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender in the court below within the aforesaid period, the order dated 27.04.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.6987 of 2015 shall stand cancelled.
