JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2018 Though, the petitioner has filed the present writ application for quashing the notice dated 27.07.2016, issued under the signature of respondent no.3, the Circle Officer, Bounsi, in Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2013-14, as contained in Annexure-3, but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceeding of Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2013-14 has been taken to its logical conclusion on the basis of the fact that the land in question was earlier settled in favour of the petitioner, though, copy of the final order has not been brought on record, hence learned counsel for the petitioner is seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed
