Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Garkha P.S.Case No. 74 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 354A, 341, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of dragging the informant, who is aged 14 years with illicit motive. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is land dispute between the parties and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51451 of 2018 (2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order and to be disposed of, if possible, on the same day.
