2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pusa P.S.Case No. 119 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased who was killed for dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
