ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2018 in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.126 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except one mobile, no other recovery was made from the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and may be extended the privilege of bail. It is further submitted that the allegation of recovery of motorcycle cannot be saddled on the shoulder of the petitioner.

Case No.126 of 2018.
