The petitioner seeks bail in Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 153/2016, instituted for the offence under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the deceased died due to accident by electric current. As per F.I.R., the petitioner with other accused persons had gone to house of informant and requested her husband to remove the electric wire from their field. It is submitted that when the husband of informant was removing wire, all of sudden electric current came and he died. It is further submitted that other accused persons has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51475 of 2018 (2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 13904/2017 dated 24.03.2017.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-cum-SubJudge 1st, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 153/2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
