2. This the second attempt of the petitioner and the petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail since four and half years and the trial is not concluding, therefore, he should be granted bail.

4. Petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. All the material witnesses have been examined. The doctor and the I.O. are yet to be examined.

5. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed.

6. The Superintendent of Police, Nalanda is directed to produce the remaining witnesses in the case at the earliest so that the trial is concluded.
