Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the Railways is present.

2. In a pre-litigation hearing, the Bench has recorded that in view of the agreement between the parties, the matter is referred to the Lok Adalat. Today, learned counsel for the Railways submitted that whatever grievance could be gathered from the writ petition relating to providing of basic infrastructure by the Railways has already been complied with in terms of the earlier Division Bench order of the Court.

3. As the matter was referred to the Bench with consent of the parties, and the stand taken before the Bench today, it can be safely presumed that the matter has been amicably sorted out between the parties and no grievance remains.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

5. However, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by any issue which remains unaddressed, he shall be at liberty to file an appropriate representation before the authorities concerned which learned counsel for the Railways submitted would be disposed off expeditiously by a reasoned order. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
