JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, noticing the office order contained as Annexure-1, the Court is of the considered view that the order of termination cannot be made effective from the date anterior to the date of its issuance. Annexure-1 reads that the order of termination which was passed on 29.02.2016 is made effective from 20.06.2013 as such the order cannot be sustained. Accordingly, the same is hereby quashed.
