Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26,27,35 of Arms Act. A loaded country made pistol and stolen motorcycle were allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is accused in ten more serious cases. Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Kaler Police Station Case No. 13 of 2017 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Arwal (Jehanabad)/successor court. Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
