Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No.211 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The dispute between the parties relates to the marital discord. It appears that the matter was referred for Mediation and the report of learned Mediator is on record. From perusal of the report of learned Mediator dated 22.08.2019, it appears that both the parties have settled their dispute amicably and a joint
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17787 of 2019(6) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 Memorandum of Agreement has been arrived at between the parties dated 14.08.2019 which is also on record. In view of the aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of surrender by him, he shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Saran at Chapra, subject to the condition that the petitioner will abide by the terms and conditions arrived at between the parties in Memorandum of Agreement dated 14.08.2019.
