The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of killing the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by her husband and in laws with the help of Vipin Sah (petitioner), Sanjay Sah, Raju Sah, and Uma Devi by setting her ablaze and dead body was concealed.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is the co-villager of the husband of the daughter of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52084 of 2018(2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 the informant and due to that reason he has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that similarly co-accused persons, namely Uma Devi and Raj Sah have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.08.2018 and 19.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49131 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 53931 of 2018 respectively. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
